NOTE for New Mainstreet™ Customers:

Upon receipt of this document Mainstreet will set up your database with the users listed and then email you the appropriate
information for logging in.
As needed, any additional users may request training but will need to be scheduled for the next available session (please
note, training is commonly scheduled 3 to 7 days in advance).

Email Address of user to be added *Unique Working Email (cannot be the same as any other users as it will be their login)

Password *Minimum 7 digits, 1 Capital letter, 1 lower case letter & 1 number (*Password should not use login name or company name)

Last 4 digits of Social SecuritySupplying the last 4 digits of your SS# ensures login protection. It helps verify you for login aid. While optional, it's strongly advised for security.

NOTE:

Adding a user increases your monthly fee. Replacing an existing user will not increase your fee. If you're unsure if you have a user you can replace, contact tech support for a list of users.
